Looking to join the Whitetail Resort team this winter? Then make sure to mark your calendar for the annual Whitetail Resort Job Fair taking place on Thursday, November 19 and Saturday, November 21. Head on over to the employment page to view job descriptions of departments that will be hiring at this year's job fair. Thursday's Job Fair will be held on November 19 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Saturday's Job Fair will be held on November 21 from 11 am to 2 pm. Get out of the house and enjoy the great outdoors this winter by becoming a part of the Whitetail Team!

Park & Pipe Supervisor

Whitetail Resort is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a full time seasonal position as Park & Pipe Supervisor. This is a Full time Seasonal Position with the responsibility to oversee all aspects of Whitetail's two Terrain Parks daily operations and participate in the coordination of weekly freestyle events. Applicant must be mature, responsible, safety conscious and a team player. Applicant must be an advanced skier/rider. All interested parties should have experience with and knowledge of terrain park design, construction, maintenance and be skilled with the use of basic hand and power tools. Supervisory, scheduling, and people management experience desirable. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. All applicants are encouraged to fill out an online application for this position. Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant

Whitetail Resort is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a full time seasonal position starting at the end of November in the Food and Beverage Department.  Job responsibilities include scheduling 80 plus staff members, employee paperwork, working with the payroll department, and to assist in other areas of the department if needed. Occasional weekends may be required. Requirements for this position include; general computer knowledge with ability to work with scheduling programs, good organizational and communication skills, previous office experience is a plus. mountain host volunteer
Join the NSAA award winning team and provide outstanding Guest Service, assisting guests in every aspect of the ski area experience.  Friendly positive attitude a must.  One of the most fulfilling occupations on the mountain.  For further information please email Buddy Hauk at bhauk@skiwhitetail.com
 

custodial
Provide guests with a clean environment through cleaning and maintenance of facilities, trash removal, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. Dependability required.
 
ski & snowboard instructors

patrollers & clinic staff
Provide on-mountain assistance and first aid to injured guests. Patrol and observe to assist in controlling guests on the mountain. Strong skiing abilities and good interpersonal skills are required.
Must be 18 years of age or older

 

lift operators
Lift attendants are responsible for the safe and orderly loading and unloading of the chair lifts, checking lift tickets, and maintaining the loading area of the lifts. Requires good interpersonal skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

 

cashier
Sell lift tickets, rentals, lessons and food to guests. Must be friendly, guest service oriented.
Attention to detail is a must.

 

food & beverage
Assist in food preparation, serve food to guests, bus dining areas. Employees would assist in Marketplace, Window's Restaurant, Starbucks Internet Cafe' and Whitetail Adventure Snow Tubing.
 

group reservations
Schedule and process groups, answer phones and record data on a PC. Must be comfortable handling cash and credit card processing.
 

guest service desk
Assist guests with questions, lost & found, answer phones and record data on a PC. Process cash and credit card transactions. Must be 18 years of age or older.
 

ski/board & basket check
Ski Check employees monitor and oversee the complimentary Ski/Board Check.  Basket Check employees do the same for Basket Check.  Ski/Board Check is outside, Basket Check is indoors. Both are supervised by the Guest Service Department. Must be 16 years of age or older.
 

rentals
Issue equipment to guests, ensure proper binding settings, maintain rental skis and snowboard equipment. Must be 18 years of age to adjust bindings.
 

security
Monitor base and parking areas to maintain a safe atmosphere. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires outdoor work sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
 

parking & shuttle
Direct guests to parking areas, drive shuttle buses. Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires outdoor work sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
 

snow tubing
Lift and hill attendants, indoor and outdoor work.  Assist guests with loading and unloading lifts and officiating the entire hill.
 

snowmaking
Operate snowmaking equipment, provide snow removal in base area. Must be 18 years old or over and be willing to work long hours in adverse weather conditions. Physically demanding position.
