What is the Night Tracker Program?

The Night Tracker Program is designed for schools, youth groups, clubs, neighborhood organizations, or any group of 15 or more who would like to ski during the evening hours. Modeled after the Night Club Card, with similar benefits and identical pricing, it offers skiing or riding during the 2019-2020 season. Each Night Tracker participants will receive a Night Tracker Card which they will then present at any ticket window to receive a lift ticket valid Monday thru Saturday after 4 pm, and Sunday after 3 pm.

What is a Night Tracker Group?

A Night Tracker Group is a group of 15 or more skiing and snowboarding individuals represented by an adult advisor.  Group members must sign up initially through an advisor but may visit individually as many nights as they like at Liberty, Roundtop and Whitetail Resorts.

When Is The Night Tracker Program Valid?

The Night Tracker Program is valid January 2, 2020, through the end of the 2019/2020 winter season, including holidays.

Hours Of Availability

Night Tracker participants are invited to ski or ride from 4 pm until close Monday thru Saturday, and from 3 pm to close on Sunday. The Night Tracker does not include late night events or tubing privileges.

Advisor & Chaperone Information

The advisor is responsible for coordinating the required online signup. Advisor must enroll 15 or more participants and in return will earn a Night Tracker Advisor Card for themselves. An additional Night Tracker Advisor Card will be issued for each additional 15 participants. Advisors of groups with over 40 participants will receive a full Explorer Adult Peak Pass for every 40 participants, plus the Night Tracker Advisor Cards earned along the way. Chaperone tickets will be issued for scheduled group visits, at a ratio of 1 chaperone ticket for every 15 participants in the group, valid for the night of the scheduled group visit. Chaperone tickets are to be used by adults assisting in the organization, visitation, and on-resort programming of the group.

Any individual willing to fulfill the advisor's responsibilities may start a Night Tracker Group.  Advisors obtain all information from their group sales contact at their program’s home mountain (Liberty, Roundtop, or Whitetail).
