Everything is more fun when done with a group, and that includes your favorite winter activities. At Whitetail Resort, we have you covered for all occasions, whether you are a social organization, a school group, or just a group of friends who enjoy skiing, riding, or snow tubing together.
At this time, we are not currently excepting group bookings for the upcoming 2020-2021 winter season. Please check back for updates as the season approaches.

Group Lodging

Gather your group and make it an extended trip with our preferred group lodging partners. Although we do not have lodging on site at Whitetail, we do have exclusive group lodging partners that extend the same excellent guest service that you have become accustomed to.

Snow Tubing

Snow Tubing is even more fun in groups. Whether it is a social organization, school or just a group of family and friends, you can enjoy plenty of fun at Whitetail Adventure Snow Tubing! All group tubing is done by reservation and requires 20 participants and a $100.00 deposit.

Night Tracker Program

The Night Tracker Program is designed for schools, youth groups, clubs, neighborhood organizations, or any group of 15 or more who would like to ski during the evening hours.

Kids Mountain & Group Lessons

Group rates for groups of 15 or more with advance reservations will receive discounted rates are applicable to the below:

Children 6 and under who need to take a lesson must buy their package through the 
Kids Mountain Camp.

Fundraising Opportunities

Raise money for your school, church, scout group, or other non-profit organization and have lots of fun at the same time!  Fundraising opportunities are now available at Whitetail Resort Adventure Snow Tubing!

  • Sponsoring organization must select a specific day.
  • Available days are Monday thru Thursday from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
  • Whitetail Resort will supply vouchers for the fundraiser.
  • Posters will be available for promotion of the fundraiser.
  • Date based on availability.
  • For ages 5 and up.
  • Up to 300 guests.
  • Group Mid Week Tubing rates apply: 1hr - $21.00 and 2hr - $24.00.
  • Tuesday thru Thursday - Unlimited tubing from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for just $24.00
